(WLUK) -- Law enforcement is asking for the public's help locating a missing man who was last seen in Green Bay. Grant Morrow, 67, of Beloit, was reported missing after a family visit, officials say. He is suffering from a terminal medical condition and is believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
