The Napa County District Attorney’s Office said it will not file charges against Artem Chigvintsev, a professional dancer from ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars,” who was arrested in late August on suspicion of felony domestic violence.

The top prosecutor in Napa County said her office did not feel it would be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the Russian-born ballroom dancer committed a crime.
