According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in Delhi was recorded at 358 as of 8 am today.

New Delhi topped global pollution charts on Friday, partly due to revellers defying a ban on firecrackers to celebrate Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights.
