The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to a trade with the Chicago Bears for running back Khalil Herbert, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. The Bengals are giving the Bears a seventh-round pick in return for Herbert.

The Bengals added running back depth by trading for the Bears Khalil Herbert and head coach Zac Taylor is happy with the pickup.

Two years ago, Khalil Herbert shared the Bears' backfield with David Montgomery. He's been a healthy inactive three weeks in a row as the NFL trade deadline approaches.
