A vigil has taken place at the spot where a husband and wife were killed in a hit-and-run incident in west Dublin. A man is still being questioned by gardai about the incident in Blanchardstown Road North at about 5.

A woman has been killed and a man seriously injured in a hit-and-run incident after a car crashed into several pedestrians in Blanchardstown, Co Dublin on Thursday evening. The woman in her 30s was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at North following the incident which occurred around 5.
